Elisa Härmä is a singer, composer, and producer from Helsinki, Finland. Born in the city of Vantaa in 1988, she has a versatile presence as a musician and a strong professional background in

sound for visual media and film.​ She holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Music (Music Technology) from the Sibelius Academy, Uniarts Helsinki.

Härmä’s expertise spans music production, recording, mixing, choir music, film music, Finnish folk singing, synthesizer performance, and the creation of soundscape installations. She also plays the piano and the flute.

Since 2020, Elisa Härmä has been composing and performing her own music. Her voice, electronics and different instruments explore the spaces between ambient and light classical music, electronic sound, and immersive soundscapes. Her works have been presented at concerts and festivals. In June 2024, her composition “DIF” received the Saint-Saëns Special Award for Creative Innovation and a Gold Prize in the Saint-Saëns International Music Competition.
